4. Certification Programs

Completion of an eMOTIONAL Medicine™ certification program signifies that the participant has completed the training curriculum provided.

Certification:

• Does not grant the right to practice medicine, psychotherapy, or any licensed profession

• Does not guarantee business success, income, or specific outcomes

• Allows graduates to represent themselves as a Certified eMOTIONAL Medicine™ Coach according to the organization’s guidelines.

Certification status may be revoked if ethical guidelines or intellectual property rules are violated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by eMOTIONAL Medicine™ is protected by intellectual property laws.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Training materials

• Videos and recordings

• Written curriculum

• Worksheets and course materials

• Methodologies and frameworks

• Logos, branding, and trademarks

• The eMOTIONAL Medicine™ methodology

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, copy, record, sell, teach, license, or share any materials without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. Program Access

When purchasing a course, program, or certification:

• Access is granted for personal use only

• Access may be time-limited depending on the program

• Sharing login credentials is prohibited

• Access may be revoked if misuse is detected

eMOTIONAL Medicine™ reserves the right to update or modify course materials at any time.

7. Payments and Refund Policy

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms may include:

• One-time payments

• Payment plans

Participants agree to complete all payment obligations once enrolled.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Digital programs are generally non-refundable once accessed

• Live training deposits may be non-refundable

Failure to complete a payment plan may result in suspension of program access.

8. Participant Conduct

Participants agree to maintain respectful and ethical behavior in all courses, coaching sessions, and community spaces.

The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Harassment or abusive communication

• Disruptive behavior during sessions

• Sharing confidential participant information

• Unauthorized distribution of course materials

eMOTIONAL Medicine™ reserves the right to remove participants from programs without refund if conduct violates community standards.

eMOTIONAL Medicine™ encourages a safe and respectful learning environment.

Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants and refrain from sharing personal stories, experiences, or private discussions outside the learning environment.

However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own choices and actions

• You voluntarily participate in exercises and discussions

• You accept full responsibility for your personal outcomes
